A driving force behind Malaysia's integrated frozen food and intelligent aquaculture enterprise.

He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC) in Malaysia, majoring in Computer Science and Statistics. With over 15 years of cross-industry management and operational experience, he began his career in food trading and distribution before transitioning into intelligent aquaculture and cold chain logistics. Steven excels at integrating information technology, digital management, and capital thinking into traditional industries, building highly efficient and replicable business systems.

Under Steven’s leadership, FDI Group has evolved from a single shrimp farm into a comprehensive food ecosystem spanning aquaculture, processing, cold chain logistics, export, and retail. He has led multiple rounds of corporate financing and equity crowdfunding, including successful fundraising campaigns on the MyStartr platform. He actively promotes institutionalized corporate governance, standardized financial practices, and capital market integration. He firmly believes that traditional businesses can break through growth ceilings by understanding the language of capital.

Steven is also a speaker and content creator. Over the years, he has developed practical concepts such as the "1+3 Survival Model," "Top 5% Mindset," and "Breakthrough from the Body to Life's Boundaries" to inspire entrepreneurs and business owners. Through his personal IP project "Breakthrough CEO Program," public speaking engagements, and social media content, he continues to share his experiences in entrepreneurship, financing, and systematic management, empowering more small and medium-sized enterprises to reach new heights.
